This Privacy Policy is issued by V&V Srl as the data processor in accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and applies only to the website www.vevitaly.cn. It does not apply to other websites accessed through external links.

1. Nature of data processed and purpose of processing

V&V Srl only collects and processes the general personal data, e.g., name, e-mail address, telephone number, company information, and information in a message or request form.
The purposes of data processing include:
a) Responding to requests;
b) Managing communications;
c) Sending newsletters (subject to prior consent);
d) Sending promotional messages (subject to prior consent);
e) Market research;

The retention periods are as follows:

Request-related data are kept for a maximum of 12 months;

Marketing-related data are kept for a maximum of 24 months or until the user withdraws consent.
Afterwards, the data will be deleted or anonymized.

Data may be processed by internally authorized personnel, IT service providers, consultants, etc., but will not be publicly disclosed.
If there is a need to transfer beyond the EU, this will be done with appropriate safeguards in place.
